We are seeking a Process Technician 3 to support process development and R&D activities within Deposition Engineering organization. In this role, you'll work alongside Process Engineers to execute experiments, operate advanced wafer fabrication equipment, collect and analyze process data, and support the development of next-generation semiconductor deposition technologies.

What You'll Do:
- Support Process Engineers in preparation for wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) testing and experiments.
- Set up, operate, and monitor advanced semiconductor processing equipment.
- Execute engineering-defined process recipes and test plans.
- Perform process test runs and collect data to support product and process development.
- Capture measurements including film thickness, sheet resistance, film stress, particle performance, and related process metrics.
- Operate and support deposition, CVD, etch, plating, and related semiconductor process equipment.
- Submit samples for analysis and document experimental results.
- Assist with troubleshooting process equipment, lab tools, and experimental setups.
- Prepare records, charts, reports, and documentation for engineering review.
- Provide technical support to process development and engineering teams.
- Identify opportunities for process, equipment, and laboratory improvements.
What You'll Bring:
- Associate Degree, Technical Certificate, Diploma, or higher education in Semiconductor Technology, Electronics, Chemistry, Mechanical Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience working in semiconductor manufacturing, process development, laboratory operations, or technical production environments.
- 2+ years of experience operating wafer fabrication equipment or semiconductor process tools.
- 2+ years of experience supporting engineering experiments, data collection, and process testing activities.
- 1+ year of experience documenting process results, technical reports, or engineering test data.
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience supporting semiconductor R&D or process development laboratories.
- Experience troubleshooting wafer fabrication equipment and laboratory systems.
- Understanding of process measurements such as film thickness, sheet resistance, particle performance, or film stress.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technical environment with changing priorities.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to data accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Experience working with CVD, etch, plating, deposition, or similar semiconductor processing equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Foundational English communication skills, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment while wearing PPE and cleanroom garments.

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Overtime: May be required based on project schedules and business needs.
- Cleanroom Environment: Ability to work in a cleanroom while wearing PPE, cleanroom suits, and safety equipment.
- Schedule: Graveyard Shift, Sunday through Tuesday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, plus alternating Saturdays.
