What you will enjoy doing*
- You will manage the safe operation of billing meter stations through calibrations, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs as required
- Perform maintenance, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of instrumentation, electrical equipment, and pipeline control systems, including flow computers and programming
- Further, comply with Safe Work Permit processes, including lockout/tagout, pre-job plans, hot work permits, and other safety initiatives.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and one-line diagrams while performing mechanical tasks such as valve operations, equipment installation, and pipe fitting.
- Schedule and coordinate daily activities with operations and supervisory personnel, support Damage Prevention Technicians, and maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization.
- Also, travel to remote locations as needed to support pipeline and processing operations, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and respond to callouts including weekends and holidays

- You will demonstrate knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures related to instrumentation, control, and electrical systems, including pneumatic control systems and measurement equipment
- Apply basic troubleshooting and repair skills to instrumentation and electrical equipment
- Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Moreover, communicate effectively with individuals at various organizational levels through strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma with trade school education in Electrical or Instrumentation, an Associate degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience required, along with five or more years of related field experience
- You are able to maintain a valid State Driver's License and the ability to access multiple refinery locations
