The Application Support Team is part of the IT Organization and serves as a centralized group responsible for the support of 300+ applications across PG&E's IT landscape. Key organization responsibilities include application support and technical development. We are an extension of the Product and Enterprise Solutions Team. Position Summary The Expert IT Business Analyst serves as a trusted strategic advisor and primary liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and key stakeholders, translating complex enterprise needs into scalable, high-impact technology solutions. You will lead advanced analysis of business processes, systems, and data; defines comprehensive functional and nonfunctional requirements; and develops detailed specifications for complex initiatives. Additionally, you will assess feasibility and risk, shape project scope and solution strategy, evaluate and recommend alternatives, prioritize capabilities and deliverables, and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives, technology standards, and long-term organizational goals. The role is hybrid working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland (OGO) weekly or based on business needs. Job Responsibilities Client Support and Consulting:

Compensation PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. A reasonable salary range is:
