Job Summary Patient Services Coordinator II - MGH Beacon Hill Primary CareBoston, MA | Full-time, 40 hours | Day shift | Onsite Bring your organization, communication, and customer service skills to MGH Beacon Hill Primary Care. As a Patient Services Coordinator II, you'll help create a welcoming, efficient experience for patients while supporting physicians, nurses, and clinical staff in a fast-paced practice environment. What You'll Do *Welcome and assist patients through scheduling, check-in, and check-out. *Answer incoming calls, respond to routine questions, and triage messages to the appropriate clinical team member. *Schedule appointments and maintain accurate registration, appointment, billing, and medical record information in EPIC. *Process forms, scan documents, obtain medical records and test results, and distribute mail and faxes. *Handle messages related to prior authorizations, provider questions, prescription refills, and test results. *Serve as an EPIC scheduling, registration, and billing resource; training is provided. *Support colleagues with training and perform specialized scheduling functions as assigned.
