    What You Will Do:



    • Transportation Coordination: Schedule, track, and prioritize transportation requests to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment and products.
    • Load Planning: Coordinate haul assignments and optimize trucking resources to maximize efficiency and support customer needs.
    • Vendor Communication: Work directly with carriers and vendors regarding load assignments, schedule changes, and shipment status updates.
    • Compliance Support: Maintain transportation documentation and permit requirements to support regulatory compliance.
    • Stakeholder Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for transportation requests, shipment updates, and operational questions.
    • Professional Representation: Represent RDO Equipment Co. professionally while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.

    What You Will Need:



    • Logistics Experience: Previous dispatching, transportation coordination, or logistics experience preferred.
    • Equipment Transportation Knowledge: Familiarity with the transportation of agricultural, construction, or industrial equipment preferred.
    • Regulatory Awareness: Basic understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations preferred.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage competing priorities.
    • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
