Enterprise Digital & IT Lead (SSO - Location: Irvine, CA) Position Summary The Enterprise Digital & IT Lead supports the development and management of Information Technology systems or services. Assists business unit implementation of such systems and services. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: _X__ Has Direct Reports ___ Does Not Have Direct Reports Works with Division staff and other Corporate I/T staff under the direction and guidance of Enterprise management. Supervises project leaders and technical analysts. Maintains operational relationships with vendors and Parker locations. Essential Functions:
Key Responsibilities: This position may be assigned to one or more key information technology disciplines and/or service areas, including but not limited to: Run the Business (RTB): Support day-to-day Aftermarket business operations Develop and support the strategic roadmap for Aftermarket applications Manage project intake and delivery frameworks Support and enhance the sales digital ecosystem Support financial systems Support engineering systems, including CAD, CAM, and PDM platforms Support business systems, including MSS and AMAPS Support strategic technology initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BA) in Information Systems or related field. Eight or more years of experience in IT, including at least five years in a senior project leadership or management role. Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management.
