The Role

UST is searching for a Workday Senior Recruiting Consultant who will configure, enhance, and support Workday Recruiting solutions to meet talent acquisition and workforce planning needs.

What You'll Do

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes, ensure system efficiency, and deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

* Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting modules, business processes, security, reports, and dashboards.

* Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Workday Recruiting solutions.

* Support integrations, testing, data validation, and release deployments.

* Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support. Create functional documentation, job aids, and knowledge-transfer materials.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and adoption.

What You Need

* Primary skill: Workday HCM

* Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant certification.

* Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration and business processes.

* Experience with Workday reports, calculated fields, security, and integrations.

* Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition, and HR systems.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Florida

Compensation Range: $ 150,000 - 190,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
