Job Summary

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! (Current MGB employees not eligible)

Join a collaborative, patient-focused team providing advanced respiratory care in a leading academic medical center. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you'll care for patients across critical care, emergency, inpatient, and procedural settings while working alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do
Provide respiratory treatments and advanced airway management
Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation
Respond to respiratory emergencies and code situations
Assess patient conditions and develop treatment recommendations
Transport and care for critically ill, mechanically ventilated patients
Educate patients, families, and respiratory therapy students
Participate in clinical education, quality initiatives, and professional development

Qualifications

Required

Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy

Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license

RRT credential (or obtain within 6 months of hire)

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy

Critical care experience

ECMO experience strongly preferred
