Financial Planning Coordinator - Full Time

We are currently seeking a motivated, member-focused candidate to join our team as a Financial Planning Coordinator at our Auburn Hills branch.

Working under general supervision and in accordance with established policies, the Financial Planning Coordinator plays a key role in growing the Genisys Investment Services program. In this role, you will schedule, assist, and follow up on member appointments with our Investment Services Advisor, market the program to both employees and credit union members, and handle vital administrative functions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality member service and promoting credit union products to help meet established organizational goals.

• Marketing & Strategy: Plan monthly marketing strategies and collaborate with the Marketing team and BAR Financial to determine the best delivery channels for the Genisys Investment Services program.
• Referral Management: Proactively follow up on referrals from all sources, including team members, marketing leads, seminars, and members.
• Calendar & Appointment Coordination: Confirm calendar appointments set by team member referrals, log appointments from all sources (walk-ins, seminars, leads, review/thank-you letters), and guide potential new members/clients on what information to bring to their first appointment.
• Tracking: Accurately track and manage all referral data.

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a consistently positive and supportive attitude.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
