Job Summary:
This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordinating aircraft maintenance requirements to
ensure compliance with inspection, modification, and maintenance programs. Duties include scheduling and monitoring
aircraft for special inspections, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), records reviews, depot maintenance, and
engine changes; maintaining inspection records and initiating Periodic Inspection (PI) packages; managing aircraft
documentation; and maintaining accurate data within IMDS. The position coordinates aircraft flight and maintenance
schedules with flight operations, maintenance work centers, and AMP II sites, conducts aircraft records reviews and
corrections, supports maintenance debriefing activities, and facilitates weekly scheduling meetings.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Schedules and monitors all aircraft for special inspection, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO), records
review, depot maintenance and engine changes.
* Maintains special inspection records and initiates Periodic Inspection (PI) packages.
* Receives and files aircraft documents.
* Has a working knowledge of IMDS and compiles and updates all functions in IMDS.
* Coordinates aircraft flight and maintenance schedules with flight operation, maintenance work centers and AMP
II sites.
* Conducts aircraft documents (forms and automated) reviews, making corrections as required.
* May perform debriefing requirements.
* Host weekly scheduling meetings.
* Orders parts as required to support scheduled maintenance.
* Orders all kits when required by a TCTO and establishes time frames for completions.
* Provides historical data to verify part interchanges to support defect analysis and troubleshooting.
* May be occasionally required to perform duties of lesser skill classification
Qualifications and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent isrequired,
* Military or civilianaircraftmaintenance trainingisrequired.
* Minimum 5 years' aircraft maintenance environment experience with at least 3 years in the scheduling of military
aircraft or components.
* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
* Minimum of two years' experience in Airfield Management or Air Traffic Control.
* Obtain/maintain NACI security clearance
* Perform duties as outlined in purpose of position
* Comply with written company logistics procedures
* Know, understand and comply with the requirements outlined in the Life Cycle
Contractor Support (LCCS) statement

* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while maintaining a professional and
non-confrontational attitude.

Working Conditions:
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
* Computer usage for documentation using codes and clear written and verbal English language required.
* Constant use of eyesight abilities while reviewing documents, walking around work areas and constant use of
English language speech/hearing abilities for communication.
* Prolonged sitting and computer usage for documentation.
* Constant mental alertness around all work areas, must possess planning/organization skills, and must be able
to work under deadlines.
* Climbing aircraft using aircraft step and all types of ladders or stands.
* Standing long periods of time with minimal sitting.
* Ability to work under extreme weather conditions.
* Work site has head, hand, hearing, eye, slip and trip hazards. Proper use of PPE and proper safety procedures
must be followed
* Must be able to work all shifts. Full-time employment: however, 40 hours is not guaranteed per-week. Working
hours; must be able to be flexible, start time and end time will be dependent on flight schedule and or overall
tasking.
