Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for proactively sourcing CDL driver candidates and developing a positive candidate experience from the initial application through offer acceptance. This position will utilize driver networks, industry events, AI functions, Tenstreet, CDL schools, etc. in order to develop a driver candidate pipeline.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate internally with marketing, management and IT to develop a web presence, social media presence and the use of technologies to effectively attract strong candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Location Headquarters are located in Beachwood, OH. Open to remote if not local to Cleveland area.
