Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of work experience in human resources, which includes the administration, analyses, and/or support of employee benefits projects, programs, and/or initiatives. OR An equivalent combination of the education and/or experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered. Desired Qualifications
3+ years of directly related experience in employee benefits administration, HR generalist operations, or benefits compliance. System/Software Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience using Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (e.g., Enterprise HCM platforms like Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft) for payroll adjustments and lifecycle workflow processing. Systems & Data Integrity: Expertise in navigating automated workflow approvals, maintaining database accuracy, and generating custom reporting/metrics. Benefits & Payroll Integration: Strong working knowledge of pre-tax spending accounts (FSA/HSA), short-term disability, leaves of absence (LOA), and payroll withholding adjustments. Familiarity with public retirement systems (e.g., ASRS pension eligibility) and state record retention guidelines (e.g., Arizona public record retention schedules). How to Apply
