MARKET MANAGER
Irvine, CA

Position Overview

As a Market Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight for staffing operations within an assigned market, driving performance across recruiting, client service, operations, and business development initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, strengthening client partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and supporting overall market growth.

The Market Manager plays a critical role in balancing day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic planning. This individual will lead workforce solutions efforts, drive recruiting performance, manage client relationships, support financial objectives, and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is an experienced staffing industry leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands workforce trends, and can effectively lead teams while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Branch Operations & Market Leadership



  • Lead the overall performance of the market, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
  • Drive recruiting, retention, workforce planning, and service delivery initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce trends, market activity, and operational data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, accountability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with workers compensation, unemployment, HR, legal, and safety requirements.
  • Utilize performance metrics and business data to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Support financial performance through workforce planning, budgeting awareness, forecasting, and operational execution.


Customer Service & Client Management



  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with client decision-makers and business leaders.
  • Conduct regular client visits and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead resolution of escalated client, employee, and operational issues.
  • Serve as a trusted workforce partner delivering creative staffing solutions.


Team Development & Leadership



  • Lead, mentor, and develop staffing professionals through coaching and accountability.
  • Conduct performance discussions, development planning, and coaching sessions.
  • Establish clear expectations and performance goals.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and succession planning efforts.


Qualifications & Experience



  • 4+ years of staffing industry leadership experience required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Experience leading recruiting, operations, customer service, and workforce management functions.
  • Experience in high-volume staffing environments.
  • Strong client relationship management experience.
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.

  • Valid driver license and acceptable driving record required.

The anticipated salary rate for this position is $80,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
