Now hiring for a Press Bindery Operator

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Sunday 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available!

Looking for Press Bindery Operator jobs in Kennesaw where hard work drives every shift? This opportunity lets you help manufacture quality products, support production goals, and contribute to a team that keeps operations running safely and efficiently. Press Bindery Operator is responsible for cutting, folding, and binding books and cards. Will be required to work with others and take directions from Department Leads.

Job Duties



  • Bind books, cards, calendars, and stationery
  • Assemble related prints
  • Operate small bindery equipment
  • Perform basic shipping operations
  • Ensure a high level of quality



Experience Requirements



  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in fast paced manufacturing operation
  • Previous experience operating cutting equipment



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
