What You'll Do
- Redesign and rebrand existing documents across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, PDF), implementing updated color palettes, typography, layouts, and various logo formats (.eps, .svg, .png, .jpg).
- Configure, format, and optimize interactive PDF forms and complex layouts with expert precision using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Review and meticulously edit copy to ensure absolute consistency with our refreshed brand voice, seamlessly embedding all required legal, regulatory, and disclosure statements.
- Maintain precise version control, meticulous folder organization, and consistent file naming conventions within SharePoint, while tracking progress across concurrent deliverables using Asana.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, project leads, and various stakeholders to source necessary assets, gather design requirements, and expertly route completed deliverables through established approval channels.
- Identify recurring document patterns across departments to establish scalable, standardized template frameworks, setting the stage for future efficiency and brand consistency.
What You'll Bring Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of dedicated experience in creative production, marketing operations, document design, or a similar production-heavy role.
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including deep experience building reusable styles, custom masters, and user-friendly template setups.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro, demonstrating a strong command of their features for design and document optimization.
- A strong editorial eye with a proven ability to adapt messaging to brand guidelines and maintain impeccable consistency across all communications.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume file updates and navigating tight deadlines using project management tools like Asana and file management systems such as SharePoint.
- Clear, proactive communication skills coupled with the ability to manage workflows independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, enhancing your creative toolkit.
