What You'll Do



  • Support a centralized brand intake and governance process, playing a key role in prioritizing, routing, and tracking high-priority brand requests across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Legal, and agency stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and efficient movement of critical brand work.
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve scalable workflows, processes, tools, and comprehensive guidance that empower teams to apply brand strategy consistently and effectively.
  • Facilitate crucial communication and foster alignment among brand leaders within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of essential tools, resources, and training programs that enhance brand understanding and adoption across various teams.
  • Analyze brand intake data to uncover trends, identify recurring needs, and pinpoint significant opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop actionable recommendations, comprehensive documentation, and scaled guidance to proactively address common inquiries and significantly boost operational efficiency.
  • Support the robust governance of a centralized brand classification database in close partnership with the Marketing Legal team.


What You'll Bring



  • 6+ years of experience in brand management, brand operations, creative operations, marketing operations, or a closely related operational area.
  • Strong project or program management experience, particularly within a large, complex organizational setting.
  • Proven experience managing intake processes, creative workflows, approval cycles, brand governance frameworks, or other operational systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to not just execute, but to build or significantly improve scalable processes that drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams such as Brand, Creative, Marketing, Legal, Product, and external agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend impactful improvements.
  • Comfort operating independently and effectively navigating a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience with project/workflow platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Airtable, Asana, Wrike, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines, creative intake systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, brand compliance, agency management, training program development, or brand resource platforms.
