We're seeking a dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in supporting our client's essential operations. In this high-impact position, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of vital information, directly contributing to the seamless delivery of services and the overall success of the organization. Your meticulous work will ensure that crucial data is accurately captured and processed, directly impacting operational efficiency and financial precision.

What You'll Do



  • Intake and process a high volume of submissions daily, manually entering key data points into designated templates with exceptional precision.
  • Efficiently input data from complex reports into internal tracking systems and templates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Actively participate in regular quality assurance (QA) audits, striving to achieve and maintain high processing and financial accuracy targets.
  • Proactively identify any data discrepancies or intake errors and promptly escalate issues to senior team members according to established policies.
  • Strictly adhere to all company data intake processes and quality expectations, upholding the highest standards of data integrity.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Proficiency in core office tools, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new internal software and claims management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy in manual data entry.
  • Familiarity with basic data intake processes, policies, and methods for discrepancy identification.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Prior experience in medical claims processing and medical coding.
