Job Responsibilities The Program Director for High Reliability Organization (HRO) will be supporting both Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C. and Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD. Sibley Memorial and Suburban are community hospitals within the National Capital Region that offer routine and complex care for a variety of specialties. Qualifications:
Salary Range: $106,000 to $130,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
