We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to step into a pivotal support role, empowering Directors and Senior Directors to focus on their strategic objectives. Your exceptional organizational prowess and proactive support will be essential in driving the team's efficiency and success in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting, making a tangible difference in the advancement of technology that will redefine how people and goods move globally.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support, including meticulous calendar management, scheduling complex meetings, and coordinating logistics for both domestic and international travel.
• Handle all aspects of expense reporting and meeting arrangements with precision and discretion.
• Act as a central point for project and event management, from initial concept and planning through execution, tracking, and evaluation.
• Prepare meeting materials, take accurate notes, and ensure timely follow-ups, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
• Serve as a critical organizational backbone, managing multiple priorities and requests simultaneously while maintaining uncompromising attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
• Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information and interacting with senior leadership.

What You'll Bring

• 4-6 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in supporting a growing team with diverse personalities and programs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in technical computer skills, including Google for Business Suite, MS Office Suite, Keynote, and other Apple products.
