Job Title: Entertainment Ambassador Employment Type: Compensation: Location: Schedule: This role requires scheduling flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs. Work Environment: This hospitality-based role is fully on-site in a fast-paced, high-throughput entertainment, attractions, and retail environment supporting in-person guest and team interactions The Impact You'll Make: As an Entertainment Ambassador at Great Wolf Lodge, you will deliver engaging guest experiences and drive show quality across resort entertainment programming by performing with energy and consistency, maintaining safe and clean environments, upholding performance and production standards, and collaborating with your team to uphold Brand Standards in a high-energy resort setting. Your expertise in entertainment, performance, guest engagement, and operations directly contributes to guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency across your entertainment area.
