Job Description:
Materials Coordinator (Warehouse Lead), 2nd Shift - Roseville, MN At Pentair, you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet. We have an opportunity for a Materials Coordinator to join our Roseville, MN team. You will maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment while maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse and ensuring it is properly secured. You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-7 employees while promoting a safety-first culture and supporting company Zero Harm initiatives.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily work assignments to ensure on-time delivery, efficient workflow, and completion of shipping, receiving, and replenishment activities.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and support daily warehouse operations as needed.
- Serve as an ERP Super User, provide system troubleshooting support, and drive standardized processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving documentation requirements, company policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Support inventory accuracy through audits, investigations, corrective actions, and inventory control initiatives.
- Lead training, cross-training, coaching, mentoring, and development of shipping, receiving, and replenishment team members.
- Communicate and escalate issues as needed, coordinate with the Shipping and Export Coordinator, oversee tactical and strategic departmental activities, support Lean initiatives and Kaizen events, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience and 1-3 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations experience.
- Experience working in or implementing Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement environments preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while consistently meeting deadlines and performance goals.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, organizational, coaching, facilitation, and team-building skills.
- Proactive, hands-on leader with the ability to drive change, execute quickly, and achieve results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, email systems, and ERP software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Available to support operations outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Demonstrates a commitment to high performance, accountability, integrity, respect for individuals and the environment, engaged leadership, open communication, and results-driven operations.
- Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering weights up to 50 pounds.
- Steel-toed footwear is required.
Shift:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday
- Need to be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
Compensation:
- The hourly pay for this role is $24.00/hour, plus $0.75/hour shift differential while working on 2nd shift. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
