The International Innovation Banking Associate - Global Gateway assists in portfolio management, client onboarding, and supporting cross-sell opportunities within the technology and innovation ecosystem. Working closely with Relationship Managers, this position enables exceptional client experience and positions products with prospective clients that contribute to the growth of Global Gateway. The Associate II will be focusing on helping manage our portfolio of banking clients based in the Asia region, primarily greater China. Responsibilities & Qualifications Duties & Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management and Communication - Support Relationship Managers with the client onboarding process. Screen and onboard new clients. Assist with basic account management tasks under supervision from Relationship Management team. Help with client events and in-market activities. Coordinate internal communications for client inquiries. Engage with clients on basic information requests Portfolio Management and Product Delivery - Perform basic portfolio management tasks with supervision. Assist in capturing prospect/client information in onboarding process. Support implementation of basic products and services. Handle basic due diligence and KYC tasks under supervision. Additional Information The base pay for this position is generally between $76950 - $102600 annually. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
