You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and help maintain orderly entry and exit processes.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
