Koch Recruiting is seeking an agile Sr. Recruiter to join our team supporting Georgia-Pacific Capabilities organization. This role requires a professional who can seamlessly integrate with hiring leaders and HR partners throughout the recruitment process. What You Will Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Recruit talent across capability functions including IT, Engineering, Supply Chain and Accounting/Finance, leadership and other business-facing positions.
  • Apply knowledge of Koch's Principle Based Management philosophy and Principle Based Hiring practices to attract, assess, and select talent that will create long-term value for the business.
  • Identify and attract passive candidates through various sourcing channels, professional networks, and market engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage labor market data, competitive intelligence, and talent insights to inform recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners by providing guidance on talent availability, recruiting trends, and effective hiring practices.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and overall hiring outcomes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience managing full-cycle corporate recruiting processes, including passive candidate sourcing
  • Applicant tracking systems (ATS) experience (i.e. Avature, etc.)
  • Experience developing effective partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Knowledge and experience applying Principle Based Management and Principle Based Hiring concepts to recruiting strategies, candidate assessment, talent selection, and business partnership.
  • Experience influencing hiring decisions through data, insights, and business partnership
  • Experience communicating recruiting performance and market trends through data and analytics
  • Experience with Avature
