Position Title: Warehouse Utility
Wage: $18.50 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Utility on the first shift, supporting production and shipping operations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to the company's growth and success. Warehouse Utility Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Review job travelers to determine items to be transferred to and from production. - Prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper identification and labeling. - Operate forklift and auxiliary equipment to move products safely and efficiently. - Load and unload materials, handling boxes or skids as directed. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with safety protocols. - Participate in team and individual training sessions. - Follow all safety procedures and promote a positive safety culture. - Assist with inventory and stock handling duties as needed. - Support ongoing process improvements and workflow efficiency initiatives. Warehouse Utility Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. - Capable of using hands for handling and feeling objects, with good visual acuity (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception). - Ability to read simple instructions and perform basic mathematical operations. - Must be able to work on-site; reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts are mandatory.
