TITLE: Quality Assurance Auditor A



POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Quality Assurance Auditor A position is to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures and identify areas for improvement in product or service quality. By conducting regular audits, organizations can verify adherence to quality standards, detect non-conformities, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall quality performance.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Previous experience in quality control or audit roles


  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and quality management systems (QMS)
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control software
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage quality improvement projects
  • Attention to detail and superior problem-solving abilities
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
  • Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent analytical and observational skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality and accuracy
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Conduct regular audits of production processes and products to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes and products to ensure adherence to GMP standards
  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
  • Analyze data and compile detailed audit reports for management review
  • Identify deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Evaluate supplier quality and performance through regular assessments and audits
  • Train and mentor junior staff on quality control principles and practices
  • Continuously review of quality control documentation and records
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
  • Ensure that all audit findings are properly documented and tracked to resolution
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, advancements in quality control methodologies, and industry standards.



WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:



  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme heat and high noise levels. Working on open air secured floor is also required.


  • While performing the duties of this job, the technician is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel material. This position requires the ability to see/hear warning alarms. This job also requires walking, stooping, climbing stairs, bending and twisting, and kneeling.
