Are you an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor looking for a direct hire leadership opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization? We are seeking a hands-on Associate Production Supervisor - Paint Line to lead powder coating operations, drive production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and develop high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, train, and coach paint line and powder coating team members.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Oversee the powder coating process, including pretreatment, chemical systems, powder application, curing, inspection, and rework.
• Troubleshoot coating defects, equipment issues, and production challenges while implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor process controls, oven temperatures, conveyor speeds, and quality metrics to maximize efficiency and product quality.
• Partner with Maintenance and Quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of powder coating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating applications, curing processes, pretreatment systems, and quality standards.
• Experience troubleshooting coating defects and optimizing production processes.
• Ability to read work instructions, production documents, and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, automated finishing systems, or metal fabrication is a plus.
