From our unparalleled Grief Resource Center to the full spectrum of care our inter-disciplinary team provides to our hospice inpatient unit with all the comfort and modern amenities of home, we bring hospice care to a new level. The Chaplain position provides pastoral care and counseling to hospice patients and their families. As an integral member of our hospice team, the Chaplain provides skilled services including, but not limited to: assessments, treatments and health teaching. Help our patients and their families navigate the transition into hospice care with wholeness, dignity and self-determination in the dying process.

Qualifications include:

-Bachelors Degree from an accredited college, university, or divinity school. Master's Degree preferred.
-Must be ordained, credentialed, or commissioned from a recognized organization such as Association of Professional Chaplains or Spiritual Care Association, comparable certification organization, or recognized religious sect.
-Minimum 3 years of spiritual/pastoral care experience with at least 1 year of supervised experience in a medical, educational, or divinity setting.
-Must obtain at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (A.C.P.E.) within six months of employment or equivalency.
-Computer proficiency essential.
-Ideal candidates will possess previous hospice/grief experience.
-This position will travel regularly and requires a reliable vehicle, WI driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance.
