Description
Coakley & Williams Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead and execute project quality control programs on construction projects while managing the submittal and RFI processes from project startup through closeout.
This role is a critical member of the Project Team and serves as the primary point of coordination for quality assurance, quality control inspections, documentation, submittals, RFIs, as-built records, and project closeout activities. The successful candidate will have experience with NAVFAC and USACE quality control requirements, construction quality management processes, and government or institutional construction projects.

Wage Transparency In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 Coakley & Williams Construction offers a comprehensive total compensation and benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, employer-matched 401(k), paid time off and holidays, performance-based bonuses, wellness program, and other voluntary benefits and leave types. The determination of salary is based on the candidate's individual professional experience, qualification, education, skills, and training. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Individuals should be able to reach above and below, stoop and bend, sit, walk, and stand. Individuals should also be able to lift, carry and/or moving items up to 50lbs. May be exposed to heavy machinery/equipment, hazardous chemicals and extreme weather conditions. Minimum of 40 hours per week required. Works hours will vary depending on project specifications and may involve weekends and night work.
