  • Support review of turnover documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support review and tracking of Level 3-5 energization, start-up, and commissioning schedules.
  • Drive closure of open quality issues in BIM 360 and escalate overdue items as necessary.
  • Attend Factory Witness Tests (FWTs) for owner-furnished/contractor-installed (OFCI) and contractor-furnished/contractor-installed (CFCI) equipment and systems.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and observations of construction quality for critical equipment and systems and document findings in BIM 360.
  • Verify completion and retention of Level 2 and Level 3 testing documentation.
  • Review installed labeling, signage, and equipment tagging for compliance.
  • Support development of project-specific QA/QC dashboards, equipment tracking matrices, and QA/QC presentations.
  • Participate in project, MEP/OAC, QA/QC, and daily start-up and commissioning meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of QA/QC experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or similarly complex construction projects.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical QA/QC knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction programs.
  • Experience across multiple disciplines, including civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation & controls (I&C).
  • Experience leading QA/QC and commissioning (Cx) programs.
  • Experience with commissioning processes and Level 3-5 testing, start-up, and commissioning activities.
  • Experience with contractor, consultant, subcontractor, and vendor management.
  • Experience with mission-critical power and cooling infrastructure or other critical systems.
  • Experience working with construction quality management tools, documentation platforms, and issue-tracking systems.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external project partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, and influence QA/QC teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience supporting large-scale data center construction projects.
  • Experience with BIM 360 or similar construction quality/document management platforms.
  • Experience with MEP submittals, vendor documentation, equipment inspections, and Factory Witness Testing.
  • Experience developing QA/QC dashboards, metrics, equipment tracking matrices, and quality reports.
  • Strong understanding of critical power, electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, and controls systems.
