Primary characteristics

Core responsibilities

• Answer inbound support requests and create or update tickets
• Perform basic user support and troubleshooting
• Escalate issues with appropriate notes and context
• Respond to standard monitoring alerts and routing actions
• Follow SOPs for ticket handling, communication, and documentation
• Support routine user administration and onboarding/offboarding tasks

Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour
