Overview
The Industrial Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving distribution network operations across Lippert's aftermarket business. This role supports multiple major distribution centers and plays a critical role in evaluating, planning, and integrating new facilities associated with growth initiatives, acquisitions, and mergers. The Industrial Engineer leverages data analysis, facility design, process improvement methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency, scalability, safety, and customer service excellence throughout the distribution network. This position serves as a strategic partner to distribution leadership and works closely with operations, supply chain, transportation, finance, IT, and integration teams to develop and implement innovative distribution solutions that support long-term business objectives.
