Position Details: The Program Operations Coordinator coordinates and supports the operational execution of organizational priorities and day-to-day activities within the Science and Engineering Enablement Core (SEEC). This role works across teams to help coordinate operational processes, maintain key systems and records, and support the implementation of programs, projects, and organizational initiatives, as well as complex scheduling for the Director of the Autism Center. The Program Operations Coordinator serves as a key operational resource for the team, supporting activities related to contracts, personnel processes, budget tracking, subscriptions, facilities coordination, and project implementation. Reporting to the Director, Operations and Project Management, this is a full-time, non-exempt position located in our Midtown Headquarters office, requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office.
