Description Fincantieri Marine Systems North America has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance NDT Inspector for our Fincantieri Marine Repair LLC location in Jacksonville, FL. This is a 1st shift role, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm, with occasional 2nd shift responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone certified in ASNT Level II or a verifiable equivalent NDT-qualified inspector with experience in MT/PT/VT/UT - Shear Wave and auditing. Position Summary The Quality Assurance/NDT Inspector will conduct in-process and non-destructive testing (MT, PT, VT, and UT Shear Wave) in accordance with NAVSEA and ABS standards, maintaining NSI 009-004 compliant test and submitting TIPs and RRs in the Navy Maintenance Database (NMD). Ensure strict adherence to Flushing, Cofferdam, and 5XXX Aluminum Process Control requirements. Domestic travel may be required. Duties and Responsibilities
