Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, order picking, or packing
• Familiarity with warehouse scanners and inventory tracking systems is a plus
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment after training and certification

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks manually or with warehouse equipment
• Scan, label, and track inventory using warehouse management systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts when trained and certified
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock organization
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient product flow

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
