Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Additional inventory, warehouse, or materials management training is a plus. Experience Requirements Minimum 6 months of data entry, inventory control, warehouse, or related experience. Oracle MRP experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience generating reports, processing inventory transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. SAP MRP experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly. Capable of standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, and reaching throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dirt, oil, and moving equipment. Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear. Job Duties Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. Process inventory transactions, cycle counts, and materials-related documentation. Utilize Oracle and SAP systems for inventory reporting, tracking, and cost roll activities. Scan, index, verify, and maintain warehouse and inventory records. Prepare reports and support inventory accuracy initiatives. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and other departments to ensure efficient material flow. Follow company procedures, safety standards, and required training programs. Perform other duties as assigned.
