Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

• Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions
• Ability to follow established quality standards and procedures
• Basic understanding of machine controls and manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication skills and ability to report machine or quality concerns

• Operate injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment
• Remove molded parts from machines
• Trim excess material (flash) from finished products
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Pack finished products for shipment
• Complete production documentation and work orders accurately
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to the Process Technician or Supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
