Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Additional manufacturing or food production training is a plus

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial equipment experience preferred
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Job Duties

• Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial food processing equipment, including ovens, fryers, and production machinery
• Follow recipes, production procedures, and processing specifications to ensure product consistency
• Monitor temperatures, production variables, and processing conditions throughout the manufacturing process
• Record production data, quality measurements, and required documentation
• Perform product quality inspections and collect production samples
• Monitor fryer oil temperatures and product processing to maintain quality standards
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and routine machine adjustments
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and processing issues while communicating concerns to supervisors
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment according to company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety requirements

Physical Capabilities

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
• Lift, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
• Work in a manufacturing environment that may be warm due to industrial ovens and fryers
• Wear required personal protective equipment and safely perform all assigned tasks
