Job Title Security Operations SupervisorJob Description About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements: People Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Operations Supervisor to serve as a visible, hands-on uniformed leader supporting daily enterprise security operations. Reporting to the Manager, Security Operations, this position works alongside in-house and contracted security personnel across reception, patrol, events, incident response, and workplace security operations. The Supervisor also works closely with the Manager, GSOC & Intelligence to assist with GSOC personnel and operations, coordinate field response, and maintain effective communication and situational awareness during incidents, special events, and periods of increased activity. The ideal candidate leads by example, remains calm under pressure, and is equally comfortable assisting employees, directing security personnel, and coordinating with executives, vendors, and public safety agencies. Schedule Requirements: Full In-Office In-office Expectations: This position is a fully in-office role due to the nature of the work being done. About The Team | The Team and/or Brand: The Security team at People Inc. is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, facilities, and assets across all office site locations. The team partners closely with contracted security staff, reception, facilities, event teams, and law enforcement agencies to deliver a consistent and resilient security program. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
