* Compile, analyze, and present inspection findings, maintenance metrics, equipment performance data, and reliability information to support maintenance decision-making.

* Prepare condition assessment reports, executive summaries, and recommendations related to repair, replacement, lifecycle management, and reliability improvement initiatives.

* Develop, revise, and maintain maintenance standards, specifications, inspection procedures, job plans, and outage work scope requirements.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and asset performance.

Qualifications and Experience

* High School Diploma or GED required.

* Three (3) or more years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, reliability support, maintenance supervision, or related maintenance roles within a manufacturing, industrial, utility, energy, waste-to-energy, power generation, chemical processing, pulp and paper, resource recovery, or continuous-process industrial environment.
