We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $20/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Position Summary
Support manufacturing operations by maintaining clean production areas, handling materials, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety, cGMP, OSHA, and SOP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
*Perform cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, machine parts, and facility areas.
*Operate floor scrubbers, bin washers, ultrasonic baths, and other cleaning equipment.
*Move materials, bins, skids, and WIP products using forklifts and material handling equipment.
*Support recycling, waste disposal, and environmental initiatives.
*Monitor equipment condition and report preventive maintenance needs.
*Maintain inventory of cleaning and department supplies.
*Assist production teams with packaging and manufacturing activities as needed.
*Follow safety, cGMP, Lockout/Tagout, and SOP requirements at all times.
Qualifications
*High School Diploma or GED.
*Experience in a manufacturing, GMP, or SOP-regulated environment.
*Strong safety awareness and ability to follow written instructions.
*Basic computer and communication skills.
*Ability to perform basic math calculations.
*Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
*Cleaning, janitorial, or sanitation experience.
*Forklift experience.
*Troubleshooting and equipment maintenance knowledge.
