Representative - VIP Services

The Responsibilities:

• Create memorable guest experiences by embodying Bally's Born to Entertain culture and delivering services that exceed expectations.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests through personalized interactions that foster loyalty, increase engagement, and strengthen long-term player value.
• Uphold all regulatory requirements, responsible gaming practices, and company policies, including the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program.
• Partner with casino hosts and management to identify opportunities for guest growth, recognition, and enhanced service experiences.
• Curate personalized guest experiences, including accommodations, dining, transportation, entertainment, and exclusive event arrangements.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Players Club program by promoting its benefits, rewards, and exclusive experiences to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate patron profiles and player activity within the Casino Management System to support relationship-building and personalized service initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members across the property to deliver seamless service, resolve guest concerns, and create exceptional entertainment experiences.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource on gaming promotions, rewards programs, amenities, and property offerings to maximize guest enjoyment and satisfaction.
• Support the successful execution of promotions, tournaments, VIP events, and special experiences that drive guest engagement and excitement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• Target Rate: $25.30 /hr

• Occasionally required to sit or stoop
• Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
• Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities, peripheral oversight, and distinguish color
• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Must be at least 21 years of age. (required)
High school diploma or equivalent required. (required)
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. (required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and leadership. (required)
Ability to effectively resolve guest concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality. (required)
Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate casino management systems. (required)
Knowledge of casino operations, including slot machines and table games, is preferred. (required)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. (required)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. (required)
Knowledge of and ability to comply with Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act requirements and all Illinois Gaming Board regulations related to gaming operations. (required)
