Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum 6 months of industrial or warehouse experience required Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management preferred Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours as needed Job Duties Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Build, move, and organize cartons and product bundles Assist with inventory management and weekly inventory counts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clear of hazards Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Support additional warehouse tasks and overtime work when needed Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, stretch, and climb as required Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Able to wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hairnets, and/or bump caps when required Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
