Injection Molding Technician

Set Up plastic injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment as specified by Engineering. Troubleshoot process related problems as needed. Support the supervision of production associates.

    Monitor runs, make real-time adjustments to maintain quality, and document changes.

  Troubleshooting

    Diagnose and resolve issues with machines, molds, materials, or processes to prevent defects.

  Quality Control

    Inspect parts for defects, ensuring they meet internal and external standards.

  Maintenance

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and report needed repairs on molds and equipment.

  Safety & Housekeeping

    Adhere to safety protocols (OSHA, Lockout/Tagout) and maintain a clean work area (5S).

    
    
  
  
  
  

• 
  

  2 Year Technical Degree or Enrolled in a technical classor equivalent related experience

  
  
• 
  

  2 years experience as a Manufacturing Technician a plus

  
  
• 
  

  Must have a strong electrical aptitude with the ability to work with vendors and suppliers.

  Strong and appropriate influencing skills and flexible work ethic is important.
