Summary - Asset Supply Chain Manager Salary Range $160,000 to $170,000

The Asset and
Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and
managing asset lifecycle procurement strategies, maintenance inventory
programs, materials management processes, and supply chain initiatives that
support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations within the Air
Separation Unit (ASU) Reliability Department. This position serves as the
critical link between Reliability, Maintenance, Operations, Procurement,
Warehousing, and external suppliers to ensure the right materials, parts, and
services are available at the right time while optimizing inventory
investment and maximizing equipment reliability.

Essential Functions
Lead Maintenance Repair and Operations inventory optimization efforts to balance equipment reliability and inventory carrying costs.
Manage inventory levels, reorder points, safety stock requirements, and warehouse performance metrics.
Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy, obsolete materials, and excess stock.
Ensure all critical spare parts are properly identified, cataloged, stored, preserved, and maintained.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and cycle count programs.
Develop and maintain asset lifecycle procurement strategies for critical ASU equipment.
Establish criticality rankings for plant assets and align spare parts strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with Reliability Engineers and Maintenance personnel to identify and manage critical spare components.
Provide execution oversight and expediting of critical spare parts, long-lead equipment, and reliability-related procurement activities to ensure operational readiness and minimize risk to plant reliability.
Oversee transportation, logistics, shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of materials, equipment, and critical spare parts.
Develop sourcing and procurement strategies for reliability-related materials, equipment, and services.
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, OEMs, and service providers.
Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery reliability, and contract compliance.
Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate long-lead procurement activities supporting maintenance outages and capital projects.
Partner with reliability and engineering to ensure spare parts recommendations are integrated into maintenance strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Develop and maintain procedures for inventory management, asset tracking, and supplier qualification.
Drive digitalization initiatives related to MAPS systems and inventory management processes.

Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree Associate degree in supply chain plus 10 years of
related experience - Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial
Engineering or supply chain management plus 5 years of related experience -

High School/GED High school or High School equivalent - Required

CAT II or above Preferred

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

Occasionally lift
and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.

Working
Condition This
role will be performed in office environments as well as in industrial field
environments. While performing duties of this job it would occasionally be
required to:
* Be
exposed to moving mechanical parts and extreme cold (e.g. operating plant).
* Be exposed
to outside weather conditions (e.g. cold box valves, filling trailers).
* Be
exposed to high, precarious places (e.g. cold box, repair work)
* Be
exposed to high noise levels (e.g. Plant rounds, maintenance)

Travel Requirements
25% Ability to travel and required to provide plant
support, vendor audits, and equipment FATs.
