The Maserati Sales & Aftersales Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging training that strengthens dealership performance across Sales, Aftersales, Product Knowledge, and Customer Experience. This role partners with Maserati dealerships to identify learning needs, deliver training solutions, support new model launches, and reinforce Maserati brand standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended training for Maserati Sales and Aftersales personnel
- Deliver product, technology, sales, customer experience, and Aftersales training
- Support new model and product launches across the Maserati dealer network
- Partner with dealership leadership to identify training and performance gaps
- Provide coaching and follow-up to reinforce learning and improve performance
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, videos, microlearning, and digital content
- Collaborate with internal departments and global training teams on curriculum development
- Monitor training participation, completion, and effectiveness
- Conduct dealership visits and provide field support when needed
- Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, Service Managers, and dealership personnel
- Maintain accurate training records and support LMS administration
- Travel regularly to dealerships and training locations
Role Objective: Develop confident, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Maserati dealership teams that consistently deliver a premium Sales and Aftersales experience aligned with the Maserati brand. Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of Automotive retail, sales, Aftersales, or training experience
- Experience delivering in-person and virtual training
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and learning styles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and digital training platforms
- Passion for automobiles, luxury brands, and customer experience
- Ability to travel regularly
- Clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous dealership or automotive training experience
- Sales, Service, or dealership management experience
- Experience developing digital, video, or microlearning content
