THE ROLE: At AMD, we push the boundaries of innovation to solve the world's most important challenges.As the Senior Platform Program Management & Operations within the Compute & Enterprise AI Solutions (CEAIS) Customer Engineering organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Platform Engineering team and enabling execution excellence across the organization. Partnering closely with the Director of Customer Platform Engineering and leaders across the U.S.-based Platform Engineering organization, you will drive the operational foundation that enables effective customer support, deployment readiness, and customer enablement activities. Through structured operating rhythms, metrics, dashboards, operational reviews, and governance processes, you will help ensure visibility, accountability, and execution across key organizational priorities while coordinating closely with Customer Program Management, Debug, Asia teams, and broader Customer Engineering organizations. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is an execution-focused operations and program management leader who thrives in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments. You are highly organized, proactive, and skilled at bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to complex organizations. You excel at managing competing priorities, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring critical initiatives stay on track. You build strong partnerships across engineering, program management, and customer-facing organizations, and are comfortable working across globally distributed teams. With a data-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement, youleveragemetrics, operational insights, and disciplined execution to improve organizational effectiveness and enable customer success. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, ora relatedfield.
