The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for developing and producing financial reporting, models, and analysis that support the company's supply chain and operations functions. This role partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Plant Leadership, Accounting, and Finance teams to evaluate operational performance, identify cost drivers, support monthly close and forecasting, and translate supply chain activity into clear financial insights. The Senior Financial Analyst will support long-range planning (LRP), annual operating planning (AOP), forecasting, standard costing, inventory analysis, cost of goods sold (COGS), working capital, cost savings initiatives, capital project analysis, monthly business reviews, and management reporting. Accuracy, operational curiosity, cross-functional partnership, and the ability to communicate actionable insights are critical components of this role. The person in this role will also help evolve and improve supply chain finance processes, reporting, and analytical tools to drive better visibility, accountability, and decision support.
