The Opportunity Hitachi Energy's Grid Integration business is seeking a Civil Design Project Lead / Civil Design Technical Lead to support the delivery of large-scale HVDC and energy infrastructure projects. In this role, you will coordinate civil engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, helping transform project concepts into critical facilities that support power transmission, renewable energy integration, and the modernization of electrical networks. Working within an international and multidisciplinary environment, you will collaborate with project managers, construction teams, engineering disciplines, and external design partners to deliver technically sound, safe, and high-quality solutions. Depending on project needs and your background, you may contribute to both project execution and tender activities, helping shape solutions from early planning through final delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex infrastructure projects, influence engineering outcomes, support continuous improvement efforts, and contribute to the technologies that help strengthen and expand the power grid.
