Job Summary


We're looking for a CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment to produce high-quality aerospace components. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will perform machine setups, make simple program edits, inspect finished parts, and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.

Shift: 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday 9:00p-5:00a


Shift Differential:$3.00


Training: During the training period, employees may be required to work a schedule outside of their regularly assigned shift to support hands-on learning and development. Training is typically conducted Monday through Friday and may occur on first, second, or third shift based on business needs. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to their assigned shift.



What You'll Be Doing



  • Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment to produce parts to specification.
  • Load programs and perform simple program edits as required.
  • Inspect and measure parts using handheld measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform blending, deburring, and material removal activities using hand tools and machinery.
  • Set up and utilize fixtures, tooling, and production equipment.
  • Follow production specifications and work instructions to ensure product quality.
  • Utilize manufacturing tracking systems and complete required documentation.
  • Support compliance with quality standards, including ISO and Quality Control Manual requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
  • Support other production activities as needed to meet business objectives.



What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ months of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.



Nice to Have



  • Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience working in an aerospace, aviation, or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing documentation.
  • Experience performing basic CNC program edits and machine troubleshooting.



Work Environment & Physical Requirements



  • Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated work areas.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.


The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
